They were incarcerated, and their younger brother Giuseppe had to escape as he was accused of taking up arms to harm Gratia. They ask for a formal monitorium to be issued for witnesses to come forward with information about this case.

Mario Attard, from Casal Pasqualino, reports that some years before he had been assaulted in the street by Antonio Cassar from the same village. Cassar was found guilty by the Curia Capitanalis and sent to row. Attard had since come by the village and Attard's bottega where he threatened to kill him. Domenico Borg, carpenter from Qormi, accuses Petro Michallef, carpenter, of punching him and then trying to assult him with an axe, after accusing him of maltreating his son. Witness statements collected but no sentence included.

Nicolai Posuin accused Antonio Sigal of assaulting him with a sword but Sigun claims it was self-defence. No resolution included.

Valerio Burlo from Burmula accuses Giulio Cassia known as Caccio from Burmula of assault. Cassia had refused to pay for certain items. Cassia was fined 6 uncia.
