The sentences was appealed to the SAU by Dimegh, and he was acquitted from the charge of assault and simply fined 4 uncia for carrying a knife illegally.

Paschalis Azzoppard, from Zebbug, testifies that he had heard that Julio Schembri was claiming to have been attacked and wounded by Domenico Mifsud.
