This guardian invited them on board and gave them some roasted chickpeas but some time later, some guards came about and arrested them for trespassing and stealing chickpeas from the vessel's hold. The so-called "guardiano" had escaped. Other statements collected. No sentence included.

He followed him at a distance and even came across the Governor of the City, who asked him to take Natale into custody. He sought to do so accordingly, especially after being informed by a certain Damiano that Natale intended to attack a certain Barnaba. Domenicus tracked down Natale who had, in the meantime, already been arrested by a Cap. Salvo Brunet, but not disarmed. Natale was frisked and a concealed triangular blade (stile Venetiano) was found. He was taken and held on the galley.

They had a verbal altercation outside and Margarita started beating Gratiosa's dog. At this point, Gratiosa rushed to intervene and was hit in the head by Margarita. Margarita was fined.

Contains an inventory of the items found in the basement where the slave was suspected of keeping the stolen goods. Many witnesses interrogated. The guards claimed to have found also a knife in the possession of the slave. No sentence recorded.

They were arrested and taken to the prisons. Only Francesco Hagius was actually found guilty and sentenced to row for three years.

Paulum Ludi is accused of causing serious wounds to Joannes Zammit and of illegal gambling. Zammit is accused of harming Ludi and of illegal gambling. Witness statements collected. Zammit was sentenced to either three years' rowing without pay and with bound feet or a fine of 20 uncia. The sentencing of Paulo Ludi is not included.
