[Pro Domenicus Dorbesi]
MT NAM LCM-011-29 · Item · 1579
Part of Law Courts Miscellaneous

Considerable water staining compromising legibility of texts. The dispute involves land possessed by Domenicus Dorbesi in the area of Ta Catald, in Gharb, Gozo. There seems to be disagreement about the conditions of transfer by sale to the same Dorbesi and reference is made to various dates prior to the case, referencing potential contracts and previous transfers. Reference is also made to creditors who may be owed money in connection to the land. The last folio ends mid-sentence and it is therefore clear that more was originally included in the original libellus.
