Sabina Hebejer from Vittoriosa accuses Bartholomeo sive Bertho Sammut from Zabbar of sexual assault and rape. She reports that in the time when she was working at the bottega of Giovanni Battista Farrugia, this Bartholomeo used to enter her house to get water, and convinced her to have sexual relations with him, promising that he would marry her. She became pregnant and Sammut was denying that he was the father and refusing to marry her. Sammut was cleared of all charges.

Costantius Maramiglia, Joannes Baptista Bisciotto, Bernardus Moro, and Santus Soraci, buonavoglia rowers are accused of spending the night away from their galleys without the permission of their superiors and at the house of the prostitute Speranza in Vittoriosa. They were sentenced to ten years' rowing without pay and with bound feet. Constantino Ciriaco who accompanied them was sentenced to three years rowing.

Interrogation of Giulio Vatoblin (French) concerning accusations made against him by Aloisio David. He had thrown him into the sea. The case also involved the use of a garden planted by Aloisio with fig trees in Victoriosa, ownership of which is being disputeto which Vitublin, being a neighbour is claimed to have done damage. Various witness statments included. Copy of the 20/02/1570 contract of marriage between Marietta Fallon and the aramotarius Johannes Piu, referencing houses in Valletta. Also an 07/01/1578 contract by which the married couple sold housing in Vittoriosa to Vitublin.

Domenicus Attard, Night Watchman, reports that while in the vicinity of the Post of Castille of Vittoriosa he came across the sailor Natale D'Andrea, who was armed. He followed him at a distance and even came across the Governor of the City, who asked him to take Natale into custody. He sought to do so accordingly, especially after being informed by a certain Damiano that Natale intended to attack a certain Barnaba. Domenicus tracked down Natale who had, in the meantime, already been arrested by a Cap. Salvo Brunet, but not disarmed. Natale was frisked and a concealed triangular blade (stile Venetiano) was found. He was taken and held on the galley.

Pietro Bonello and Mario Schembri are accused of murdering the 14 year old Filippo Cassar. Filippo had jumped over into the field of Bonello with other youths and Bonello and Schembri had thrown many stones at him until he was dead. Bonello was interrogated under torture. After protracted incarceration they were released. Bonello was however sentenced to not enter the city of Vittoriosa while the mother of Filippo, Anegluzza, was alive, on pain of exile. Sentence confirmed on appeal

Bartholomeus Briffa accuses Dominchella Azzopardi (wife of Bernardo) from Vittoriosa of insulting him after her 18 year old son attacked his own son Giovanni Luca and threw stones at his house and the priest Don Carlo Briffa, her elder son had to intervene to see if he could stop these frequent attacks. Both sides were ultimately fined for breaking the peace.
