Domenicus Grima reports that a sentence was handed down against him on 22 January 1710 at the instigation of Alessandro Magri, and that he and the deceased Michaele Calleia were ordered to pay Magri 13% of the total sum that he had procured for them as their procurator from the debtors of Josephus Ciarlet, who himself owed them money.
