The pale-coloured image depicts Christ giving Holy Communion to a little boy. Over the child, there is his guardian angel. Overleaf, one finds that this image was given by the Superior to parents of all boys who used to attend the Sliema M.U.S.E.U.M. branch to inform them that their child qualified to make his First Holy Communion. This note is typewritten in blue ink . At the top there is handwritten in blue ink the number 134.

The black and white original photograph shows the decorated altar dedicated to the Blessed Virgin of Mount Carmel to be found at St Catherine's Church in Alexandria, Egypt on its 100th anniversary. This altar was built by Maltese migrants in Egypt. Overleaf, a rubber stamp states that this photo forms part of a collection pertaining to Karmen Mikallef-Buhagar.

It is a memento pertaining to Alfonso Leopardi as a member of the "Istituto Maltese di Concezione Cattolica" at St James' Church in Valletta. The image depicts Pope Pius X giving his blessing with a brown background that contrasts with his white habit. It is a memento commemorating the canonisation of the Italian Giuseppe Melchiorre Sarto who later became Pope Pius X, known as the Pope of the Eucharist. He died on 20 August 1914, beatified on 3 June 1951 and canonised on 29 May 1954 by Pope Pius XII. This memento was issued by the Confraternity of the Holy Eucharist at the Parish of Stella Maris in Sliema on the feast of Corpus Domini.
