Gratiosa Hagius reports that one day her cousin Paulo Spitero came into her house threatening to kill her after he heard she had been exiled from the city for leading a dishonourable life. This was false and it was discovered that the lie was spread about by Margarita Santorino. That same evening, Paulo sailed away on a pollacco headed to Licata for work.
