The catapano Aloisio Haxach is accused of abusing of his position and engaging in commercial activity involving foodstuff. Reference is made to a previous accusation of perjury against Johannes Nicola De Chisco and Baptista de Arrigo heard in 1576 but the relevance to this present case is unclear.
