Josephus Abela was targeted by certain legal petitions lodged by Mattheo Cassar against him, the contents of which petitions is not referenced. Abela requests that a curator ad litem to represent Cassar is appointed, since the latter was now away from the island.

Antonino Gaudisi was owed money by a certain Momdrachius and initiates the process for the confiscation of the latter's goods to satisfy the debt of 20 scudi, arising from contractual obligations confirmed by the MCC on 14 January 1579. The items to be confiscated included a boat (barcha).

Certain information missing due to the top of the document missing. Johannes Gatan owed 20 scudi to an unidentifiable person and for this reason her housing building in Valletta was conpublic prosecutorated for resale at auction.

Drusiana, widow of Johannes Romano and now wife of Michaele Vella. After Johannes's death, Thomas Mizzi was appointed tutor and curator for their young children Sperantia, Nicolao, Catherina and Giorgio, of whom Sperantia and Giorgio died, leaving their siblings Nicola and Catherina under the tutelage of Mizzi. Mizzi no longer wished to remain tutor and Drusiana was asking for the appointment of Salvatore Testaferrata in his stead.

Nicolaus Ambrosio Mallia in his own name and as procurator of his brothers Angelo and Franciscus, all being the heirs of the deceased Fabrizio Mallia their father, discovered that they owed money to a certain Mattheus Burlo, since deceased intestate, and request that the heirs of the deceased Burlo make themselves known to settle the matter.

Paulo Bellia follows up the resistant Josephus Vassallo over debts owed by the latter to the former.
