Joannes de Marco and various others are accused of the murder of Cap. Giovanni Pasquale on his ship, which vessel was engaged in Corso in the Golfo di Sfachez off the coast of Barbary, and specifically when it was moored at Cagliari in the Kingdom of Sardinia. Joannes de Marco and Hieronimus Pollacco are hanged in public and then their bodies torn from into four parts and each part affixed in the usual places. Antonius Manes, Honoratus Melem, and Carolum Labergia were sentenced to row for life. Nicolaus Poloroditi, Antonius Moso, and Salvatore Thesorere sentenced to row for 5 years.

Witness statements and interrogations. They were found guilty with considerations, and sentenced to three and two years' rowing without pay on the galleys of the order.

Domenico Muscat was ordered to be incarcerated by the MCC in relation to debts owed to Giovanni Paolo Buttigieg. He however resisted arrest and even attacked the officers of the law sent to arrest him. He was sentenced to be given two lashes in public.

The Bali Fra Antonius Scalamonti accuses the French Masseus Rosso and Cap. Josephus Arnaud, and Johannes Maria Cefai of false witness. They are accused of giving false witness both before the Notary Thomaso Maranoand again in court before Notary Paulus D'Arena. They claimed that 11 years before they had been on the vessel Sant'Antonius of Cap. Josephus Arnaud on the way to Venice were they loaded goods including several antenni belonging to Scalamonti, loaded aboard by Fra Petrus Diotallevi. They are accused of giving false witness concerning a shipwreck to cover for the fact that they had sold off some of the antennae to various persons. The accused were found innocent and acquitted.

Josephus "Tirda" Seychel is accused of theft and Josephus Xiberras, owner of a jewelry shop in Valletta, of purchasing stolen goods. The theft concerned a jewel with diamonds. Seychel was also tortured for information. They were, however, acquitted.
