Compromised due to staining and loss of paper. Fra Johannes Baptista Compagnoni of the Langue of Italy cedes to Fra Antonius Scalamonte, Prior of the Baiuliatus of The Holy Trinity of Venusii, all his rights over 130 scudi owed by Johannes Scalamonte, nephew of the same Antonius.

The Neapolitan Mattheo Palumbo is accused of attacking another Neapolitan, Francesco Papa. They had an altercation in Syracuse but were pacified and served on the vessel captained by Fra Cav Giovanni Battista Compagnone (the San Nicola) but they foiught again in the vicinity of the convent of St Ursula in Valletta, and Papa was wounded with a sword. Sentenced to seven years' rowing on the galleys. Appealed but result of appeal not given.
