Compromised due to loss of paper. It is reported that Cl. Giovann Maria Pauluccio agreed that he had found certain money arising from proceeds on a capital of investment among the belongings of his deceased father Simone Attard, from which the latter's pallbearers and funeral expenses were paid. Other heirs were paid. It is unclear what the legal case is about beyond this.

The Law Courts Miscellania is a fond containing loose documentation arising from the juridical activities of the various courts and tribunals operating in the Maltese islands during the Order of St John Period, from the arrival of the Order in Malta in 1530 to their departure in 1798. The cases heard before these courts provide valuable information about different aspects of general, commercial and military life in Malta. Most documentation in this collection is in Latin and Italian, but documentation in other languages such as Spanish, French, Arabic and Greek is occasionally included.

On the reverse of the folio, Gratiulla Rivost reports that youths had stolen jewellery from her house in Valletta

[] from Birkirkara and Andrea Camilleri from Tarxien report that when they were in Naples they had given to Thomaso Greg, piloto of the galera Santa Maria, a bursa di Cannavazzo with money inside to be brought to Malta and given to Don Gregorio Camilleri, son of the same Andrea. When the galley reached Messina it was ordered from Malta to detour to Palermo and then head back to Naples. Greg then used the money to procure goods for himself. They request a monitorium to be issued to collect information about Greg and his purchases.

Commercial partners Arrigo Zerafa from Burmula and Giovanni Antonio Greg explain that they had an ongoing case against Antonaccio Greg at the MCC. In light of this they make a formal deposition that Zerafa had given Antuniaccio four empty barrels which were to be filled with olive oil in Messina, to which Antuniaccio was sailing with his frigate. Money was also given to cover purchase and delivery. Antunaccio was also to bring another four barrels to be sold to Zerafa at cost. However, Antunaccio returned and sold all eight barrels to third parties and kept all the money himself.

Cesare Passalacqua as procurator of the Common Treasury of the Order reports that Beatrice Cagliares had donated 1,000 scudi to the Canon Giovanni Baptista Cagliares, which she claimed to have previously lent to Bishop Cagliares, since deceased. She later qualified that there had been no such loan and that she had been compelled to make the donation, and that the money belonged to the spoglio of the deceased Bishop, and so to the Order.

Crispino Xicluna from Siġġiewi requests absolution from his oath given in a contract between himself and Matteo Aquilina from Rabat in the acts of Not. Gio Paulo di Laurentio (28/01/1637). Permission is granted, allowing Xicluna to prosecute the other party for his shortcomings.

On the reverse the same is done for Vincenzo Abela from Valletta for a contract in the acts of Not. Thomas Agius (16/11/1642).
