Superintendent of Works is reporting that Mr. Salvatore Zammit owner of a house at Strada Herba, Zeitun had applied for permission to carry out structural alterations which amounted to almost a whole re-construction. Since according to the Key Plan for Zeitun a large part of this house was to be expropriated for aligning of a thoroughfare it was being recommended that permission applied for be refused and opportunity taken for effecting the expropriation.
