              Francesco Muscat from Casal Qormi is accused of breaching the conditions of his sentence of exile from Malta and Gozo to Sicily. He was sentenced to rowing on one of the Order's galleys with bound feet and against no pay for six years. On appeal this was moderated to three years.

              Giovanni Maria Mamo is accused of bearing illegal weapons. He is also accused of vexing Gregorio Caruana while he was transporting wine to the warehouses of Valletta by standing in his way and hindering his passage. He was exiled for one year from Malta, to be extended by five years if he breached the conditions of his exile.

              Commences with examination of wittnesses. The first is Publio d'Alcuri, barbiero on the Galera Magistrale who testifies that while at the hospital of Trapani, he medicated Giuseppe Darmanin for a wound made with a sharp weapon between the 3rd and 4th ribs. He was wounded when trying to stop two Maltese soldiers from the galera San Martino from duelling with their swords. Many witness statements collected, providing information about maritime affairs and the Order's navy. The wound resulted in Darmanin's death. Cinthius Camilleri and Clemente Pansa were accused of complicity but acquitted. Giovanni de Munes was found guilty and exiled from Malta and Gozo for 10 years.

              Perachius Schembri was exiled after being found guilty of several thefts. He nonetheless returned to Malta on the vessel of Cap. Narduccio di Mana. He was condemned to ten years' rowing on the galleys.
