The pastel-coloured image depicts the Blessed Sacrament and an angel in adoration. Overleaf, at the top, one finds a drawing of the sphere with the Holy Eucharist and exactly underneath the abreviation D.O.M. meaning "Deo Optimo Maximo" (to God, most good, most great." This image is a memento of the First Holy Communion received by Antonio Schembri at the Parish of Attard.
