(a) The total number of persons employed between the 1st July and 31st December, 1949; (b) the number of persons who were engaged to fill vacancies other than those caused through the creation of new posts or the employment of additional staff between November, 1947, to 31st December, 1949; (c) the estimated total yearly expenditure on salaries, wages, bonus etc of the number of persons given under (a) including any arrears paid since 1st July, 1949, on account of revision of scale of wages etc.
