Letter from Gustav Azzopardi to Lorenzo Gatt regarding works on roof and giving him two proposals: 1) doing the roof himself (Gustav) and the rent would rise to sixty-five pounds yearly or 2) do the works Lorenzo at his own expense and the lease would be renewed for another four years. If none of these proposal are agreeable, Lorenzo has to vacate the house bu 30th september 1934
