The sepia-coloured picture shows the Pope surrounded by various Cardinals opening the Holy Door (Porta Santa) which is opened every 25 years in the Jubilee Year. Above this, there is depicted in a cloud Jesus Christ giving the Keys to St Peter. The picture is set in a border, having two angels at the top on the left and right hand corners. On the side, one finds olive branches and at the bottom, on the left, there is a painting of the Basilica of St Peters, in the middle the insigna of Pope Pius XI and on the right the Lateran basilica with the Jubilee Year printed underneath – MCMXXV – 1925. The outside border is guilded.
