Contains sample invitation and accompanying note, and 16 sub-sub-files covering the years 1944 to 1962 [excluding 1948, 1960 and 1961]. They contain: newspaper cuttings, correspondence, menus, seating plans, invitations, notes concerning Verdala Palace being used as a temporary hospital for infantile paralysis, lists of committee members, programmes, luncheon guestlists etc.
